1.Can I wear the Audemars Piguet × Swatch Royal Pop on my wrist?

Yes — but the Royal Pop ships as a pocket watch, so it does not come with a wrist strap in the box. To wear it on your wrist you need a wrist case adapter, which clicks around the 40mm octagonal Bioceramic case head and attaches to any standard watch strap. Our Royal Pop Straps and Royal Pop Cases collections include everything you need to convert your pocket watch into a wristworn timepiece in under 30 seconds.

2.Are your Royal Pop accessories compatible with all 8 colorways?

Yes. Every strap, case, bracelet, and bundle in our collections is designed to fit the Royal Pop's standard 40mm octagonal Bioceramic case, which is identical across all 8 colorways — white, pink, green, orange, yellow, red, light blue, and navy. The case geometry, pop mechanism, and overall dimensions are the same regardless of which colorway you own, so any accessory in our store will fit your watch perfectly.

3.Will your accessories damage the Bioceramic finish or sapphire crystal?

No. Every product in our collection is designed with the Royal Pop's materials in mind. Our wrist case adapters use a soft-contact inner lining that grips the case without marking the Bioceramic finish, and all our pouches and cases feature microfibre-lined interiors that won't scratch the sapphire crystal front or exhibition caseback. We specifically avoid metal contact points anywhere the accessory touches the watch directly.

4.What is the difference between the Royal Pop Lépine and Savonnette, and does it affect accessory compatibility?

The Lépine has the crown at 12 o'clock and displays hours and minutes only. The Savonnette has the crown at 3 o'clock and adds a small seconds counter at 6. Both share the same 40mm octagonal case diameter and 8.4mm thickness, so all accessories in our store — straps, adapters, cases, and bracelets — are fully compatible with both styles.

5.Do you ship Royal Pop accessories internationally?

Yes — we ship to all major markets worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and the UAE. International orders are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery, and all customs documentation is handled on our end. We also provideShipping Protection, which covers loss, damage, theft and misdelivery during transit. You will receive a compensation of USD $10 for shipping delays. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.

Normally order will be shipped with around 2-3 working days. However, in peak season, it may take up to 5-7 working days, we will keep you informed if any delays happened.

3.WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

5.WILL I PAY CUSTOMS DUTY?

Normally you won’t. We will declare each bag less than 20usd and mark it as gift. if you want to avoid duty fees, please select the shipping option with (Incl. TAX), We have sent over 10,000 parcels on 2020 and 99.7% of them passed custom without problem.

1.HOW TO CANCEL THE ORDER OR MODIFY THE ADDRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order before it is shipped, you can contact customer service staff and they will help solve the problem.

2.IF THE PARCEL GET LOST HALFWAY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

International shipping is not 100% controable, about 0.03% of our parcels might get lost and we will offer you following solutions if it’s lost: 1) sending you a new parcel right away. 2)making full refund to you right away

3.IF I DON'T RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First you need to check the tracking number on the parcel, compare it to the tracking number on our website and see whether they are same.
If they are same they please take photos for the tracking lable and the products you received. We will offer you solutions in 24 hours.

4.WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?

1 .How to Properly Care Your Jewelry?

A :Do and Don'ts

Use a cotton cloth or facial tissue to remove the dirt and sweat after wearing.

Use a (transparent) display box or flannel dust-proof bag to store the ring.

Use contton cloth dipped with silver washing water If it has been oxidized and turned black, or use a soft-bristled brush with toothpaste to scrub it, and dry it with a cotton cloth after washing.

Don't wear the jewelry during bath and sleep.

Don't wear the jewelry while swimming, especially in the sea due to high causticity.

Don't directly contact with sulfur and other chemicals when wearing it, as it is easy to cause chemical reactions to cause discoloration of the jewelry.

Don't wear multiple mental jewelry together to avoid collision, deformation, or abrasion, and keep it in a state of zero contact with other hard objects.

2.It’s very nice I can add you by WhatsApp or Wechat and also the livechat, but sometimes I got no response. And sometimes late reply on email I sent.

Please kindly remember, we are in different side of our planet sometimes. Please refer to our time zone before you judge this. Our working hour is based on Chinese time zone. 3.I want to pay by Visa / Mastercard credit card but I can’t find the payment option.

 We are not always able to accept credit card payments.

Visa, Mastercard, Amex and the main banks do not accept our products and it is very difficult to manage credit card payments.

In the past we have had to change several payment gateways to solve various payment problems (blocked accounts, frozen funds, continuous requests for documents, coverage stores, etc.).
